If you would prefer not to speak with me in the first instance, or if Stage 1 has not brought the matter to a resolution, then your next step is to put your formal complaint in writing to me at: email@example.com.
I will respond by email within 7 working days.
Should you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, then the next stage is for you to inform me in writing that you wish to take this matter further.
